Accommodation with two apartments
Prices are for one apartment for 14 (max 14) people. The house has 2 similar apartments.
Between the apartments there is a 20-person conference/dining room. It can be booked separately with one apartment. If both apartments are booked, the room is included in the price.

Booking terms
What is included and payment terms
- Prices are per apartment. A Saturday-to-Saturday week is the best value; otherwise the price is per night.
- Final cleaning is added for each apartment booked.
- Bed linen and towels, and made-up beds, can be added per guest, or you can bring your own.
- If you rent the whole house (both apartments), the 20-person meeting and dining room is included. With one apartment it can be booked at an extra cost.
- All prices include 13.5% VAT on accommodation services.
- Terms of payment: 30% when booking, the rest 60 days before arrival.
- Check-in from 17:00 on the day of arrival, check-out by 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out is not possible.

Questions about booking
- Do I have to book a full week?
- No. A Saturday-to-Saturday week is the best value; otherwise the price is per night. The booking calendar shows the price for your dates and tells you if a stay cannot be booked.
- What is included in the price?
- Water, electricity, heating, the sauna, pillows and duvets, tableware and kitchen equipment, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and the final cleaning. When you book the whole house, the 20-person meeting and dining room is included too. Prices include VAT.
- Are bed linen and towels included?
- Not automatically. Bed linen and towels, and made-up beds, can be added per guest, or you can bring your own. Linen ordered on the day of arrival has a €50 delivery fee on top. Sleeping bags may not be used in the beds.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer against an invoice: a 30% advance payment when booking and the rest at the latest 60 days before arrival. If you book less than 60 days before arrival, the full price is invoiced at once.
- What if I have to cancel?
- Cancel in writing by email. More than 60 days before arrival the cancellation fee is the advance payment (30%), and anything paid above that is refunded. Later, the full price is charged. We recommend travel insurance.
- When can we check in and when do we leave?
- The apartment is available from 17:00 and must be vacated by 11:00. Please agree your arrival time and the key handover with us at least two working days before arrival. The keys are handed over once the full price has been paid.
- Can we bring a pet?
- Pets are welcome in apartment A. We try to keep apartment B pet-free. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
